I am looking for duplicates, are there discounts?

'You Bobble' has been commissioned to produce volume projects for hundreads as well as thousands of units. We have the capacity to handle large runs for time critical assignments. Some of our projects include licensed sports, political figures, 3D Avatars, and memorabilia for the upcoming 2010 Olympics to name a few.

We have 2 formats for quoting bulk orders. The first is for many orders of different faces. An example of this is similar to purchasing 30 Bobbles of different faces for each member of a hockey team or sales team.

The second format is in quoting a bulk order for multiples of the exact same face. An example of this is similar to when we produce 200 units for a celebrity event, wedding, or company mascot. Do I get discount on shipping if I purchase more bobbleheads?

Yes. For orders under 5 units the first unit is charged at $20 and each additional shipped together is charged at $15. For orders above 5 units please contact us at production@youbobble.com and we will provide you with a quote.

Do you have Fundraising programs?

Yes. We have engaged in many fundraising efforts that have generated thousdands of dollars for great causes. Please contact us to discuss a fundraising program customized to your needs.

Do I get to see my Customized 'You Bobble'? How Does the Proofing process work?

We want you to LOVE your 'You Bobble' Bobble head. For this reason we ensure each order is accompanied with a digital proof. Unlike other companies who charge extra for proofing OR build the proofing costs into their pricing, 'You Bobble' offers COMPLEMENTARY proofing to each customer. Heres how it works:

1) Once your head mold is created, you will receive a link to grant you access to the dialogue panel which puts you in direct contact with the sculptor. Here you can either deny or accept the proof and make comments as to what minor modifications you would like to see.

2) Once the mold has been approved by yourself, we will paint it and once again send you a digital proof of exactly what the bobblehead looks like. Once you approve this we will apply a final coating, package, and ship.

*IMPORTANT - For orders placed classified as URGENT, the delivery time will be based on how quickly you approve the molds. Delays in accepting, OR changes made will delay the delivery of your order. ALSO, please ensure your SPAM filter is turned off or our notifications of your digital proofs may get lost in your SPAM folder thereby delaying shipment.

What is a Decal OR Tattoo?

If you have a Tattoo on your arm/leg, we can create the impression of that tattoo. Additionally, if you have a company logo that you would like resembled on the clothing or hat, we can customize this for you as well.

What does the option to change body colours mean?

If you have selected one of our standard prefabricated bodies but want to customize the colour of the outfit, select this option and clearly indicate what change you would like to see in the comments section when placing your order. We will comply with these changes if this option has been selected.

What does it mean to put a Decal Name on the Base?

Directly on the base where the feet of the bobble head are attached, we can customize your logo or personal message. Simply select this option and provide us with the details. If you are customizing your logo, a jpeg image is all we need.

What is a Decal name on Shirt?

Select this option and we will add your name or any words / company logo onto the shirt.

What is a Voice Recorder?

This is a NEW feature that You Bobble offers on most of our bobble heads. We will fit a 10 second voice recorder under the base of the bobble head. There are 2 buttons attached to the recorder. The first button when pressed will enable you to record a personal message up to 10 seconds. The second button will playback the message. The message will remain on the recorder unless it is recorded over with another message.

What does the option 'Make a second identical set' mean?

Adding this option, you will receive 2 bobblehead(s) instead of one. It will be an exact copy ( clone ).

What if I do not like my bobblehead?

We want you to LOVE your Bobble head! A lot of effort goes in to producing your customized order. If you do not like the proof that is provided simply indicate precisely what changes you would like to see made, and our artist will work with you to modify the mold. Before we ship the bobblehead we will send you a proof of the body to approve. Our process ensures there are NO SURPRISES and that you are happy with your order.

Please understand that due to the custom nature of our product, and due to the number of expert hours that goes in to molding, baking, and painting, we do not offer refunds, cancellations or returns.

Which material do you use to manufacture bobbleheads?

All our bobbleheads are manufactured using poly-resin, which is a mixture of oxylite and polystone (alabastrite). Though a stone-based material, poly-resin is quite flexible and can be easily molded, and yet it is stronger than ceramic once baked! Moreover, the fine details that need to be depicted in a bobblehead require a material like poly-resin. Each bobblehead is hand-sculpted and painted by one of our trained craftsmen. *Important. 'You Bobble' manufactures for over 1100 international resellers as well. To protect our product and the years of hardwork that has gone into developing a quality bobblehead, please beware of imitators claiming to use polyresin but infact use inferior Clays. They may claim to be using polyresin, but to save costs they will attach a CLAY head to a polyresin body and use the word polymer (which is infact clay) not polyresin. There are also imitators producing computer generated bobbleheads. These are prints of your photo on wax and are not an authentic Handmade bobble.

How large can my Bobblehead be?

Most of our Bobbleheads are between 7 - 8" tall. We can customized larger bobbles from a foot all the way up to a life size replica in order to meet your project requirements.

I don’t live in North America. Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We’ve shipped thousands of bobbleheads not just across North America but specifically across the USA, UK, and the UAE. Based on our arrangement with Fed Ex, the same shipping rates apply to any destination.
